We are looking for prime retail real estate in A1 locations, large-scale retail (PDV-GDV), light industrial spaces, office properties and residential real estate, such as apartment complexes. With over 40 years of experience and a strong network, we are active in both straightforward and complex transactions. We are interested in individual properties as well as entire real estate portfolios. Both asset deals and share deals are open for discussion.

Investment profile
Retail
Within our retail segment, we focus primarily on prime retail real estate in cities with a population of at least 100,000, as well as large-scale retail locations on the outskirts of these cities. We prefer core-plus and value-add properties.
Offices
In this segment, our focus is on modern office buildings and office villas in the four major Dutch cities (G4) and near public transportation hubs.
Light industrial and logistics
We like to invest in last-mile, logistics real estate, and paved outdoor areas in and around the Randstad. We primarily look for locations near major highways and properties with a core-plus and value-add profile.
Residential
In the residential segment, we focus on portfolios of single-family homes and apartment complexes in and near the Randstad. Our focus is on long-term rentals and properties we can renovate and make more sustainable.
